Our unique molding and cleaning technology allows for the removal of both metal ions and particles. - The metal ion elution value in strong acid is approximately 1 ppt. - When measured using a liquid particle counter, the elution of 30 nm size particles into ultra-pure water is detected at a level of just a few per ml, indicating an extremely clean PFA bottle. - It is now possible to analyze and measure both metal ion values and particle values with a single type of bottle, significantly reducing labor hours. This is a high-purity, ultra-clean PFA bottle that is cleaned to address not only metal ion elution but also particle elution.

Company A, a comprehensive chemical manufacturer with numerous production bases not only in Japan but also overseas, is developing new chemicals used in the front-end manufacturing of semiconductor components. The products under development by the company are chemicals that are easily affected by metal ions, leading to discrepancies in chemical evaluation data with customers, which hindered the development process. To address this, they introduced a "PFA acid-washing bottle pack" with stable metal ion levels ranging from 30 ppt to 1 ppt. By conducting chemical evaluation work with a common evaluation container with customers, it became possible to proceed with the work confidently without fluctuations in evaluation data. [Case Study] <Problems> - Due to the susceptibility of the chemicals to metal ion influence, attempts at in-house acid washing did not result in stable high purity ion values. - Discrepancies in chemical evaluation data with customers hindered the development process. <Solution> - Adoption of the PFA acid-washing bottle pack (10 types). <Result/Effect> - Chemicals can be immediately used for evaluation work after opening. - Stable metal ion elution levels around 10 ppt for 20 target metal ions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
